As Chief Program Officer at the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), I lead global operations and strategic initiatives for a nonprofit that has doubled in size and significantly increased revenue. I partner with the Board on strategic planning, governance and budgeting, oversee credentialing programs including ISO accreditation efforts, and drive membership growth through innovative strategies. My leadership includes launching an award-winning online community, expanding global chapters, and fostering stakeholder engagement through volunteer committees and task forces. I coach a remote team to achieve operational excellence while advancing mission-driven growth and sustainability.

As Program Manager at THEVAX Genetics Vaccine USA, I supported U.S. expansion and Phase 2 clinical trial readiness following Phase 1 in Taiwan. I coordinated FDA documentation, site activations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance and operational success. Additionally, I developed internal systems for budgeting, payroll, communications, and web presence, while managing the establishment and ongoing needs of the Scientific Advisory Board. My work ensured regulatory preparedness and organizational infrastructure to advance critical vaccine development initiatives.

As Director of Operations at The Kimball Companies, I oversaw multi-state tutoring services for thousands of students from low-income families. I led expansion into new markets, supported leadership development, collaborated on curriculum design for K–12 students, and partnered on annual budgeting. My work strengthened educational access and improved family-school engagement while driving organizational growth and operational efficiency.
